1. -Run the English version of Photoshop
(If you are not using the English version of Photoshop, you can always change it to English and then back again to your language)

HOW TO INSTALL THE ACTION
==================================================
1. After you open Photoshop go to the Actions panel (Window> Actions)

2. Inside the Actions window, click on the top right hand corner icon to reveal the menu
From here select "Load Actions...". Select the Eyes Photoshop Action that you bought

3. In actions panel you will have a folder with your new action


HOW TO USE THE ACTION

1. Open your photo (File>Open...)

2. Leave the photo layer locked and set as "Background"

3. For the first time, you have to run the "Run This First" action. This will create four layers for you.
You have to brush or fill those areas. You can use any color for this.

4. When you are done with filling those layers, you can play any eye actions.

5. As soon as the render is done, you can also customize and improve the result as you want.
Those actions are easy to use because everything is named and well organised.
